The surgery is always busy and I'm saddened to see the large number of appointments missed each month. As a result it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment when you want one. But the receptionists are always helpful and polite, and will try to at least get you a GP phone call if it's important today.

I was able to speak to a nurse within 3 hours of calling surgery who reassured me and prescribed antibiotics (Nicky). Ringing a couple of days later the receptionist was able to secure me an out of hours appointment on same day. When you are worried sick for your health it's so important to be seen promptly.

Nurse, Nikki is very positive and makes you feel relaxed. I have met with her twice and both experiences have been very pleasant. I will definitely request to see her again.

Boundary House is an extremely professional Practice. When it is not possible to see my own doctor immediately, every effort is made to give me an appointment with another member of staff. The front desk / reception and polite and efficient and always helpful.
